For Heavy Duty Dirt and Mud applications typically found in heavy equipment washing, washing of asphalt equipment, garbage trucks and like equipment, we offer a system of Pre-Packaged components utilizing either Models SC-DE or AGC-BS-DE Series Diatomaceous Earth filtration wash water recovery systems. These systems are rated up to 25 GPM.
- SC-DE is an Automated Diatomaceous Earth filtration System utilizing
- Constant Recirculation even back to the Pit(s)
- Constant Ozonation and Aeration for Odor Control
- Timed Tank Flushing
- Timed Automated DE Back Flushing
- AGC-BS-DE combines a 3-Tank Above Ground Clarifier System with the benefits of the SC-DE Automated Diatomaceous Earth Filtering System
- Custom designs are available for larger systems
Where dirt and mud are the main components to be washed, the Big Sucker BSR-025 Series system may be a more economical solution.
Where heavy oil/grease, diesel fuel, organics and like contaminants are present or where asphalt truck, garbage truck or like washing will be performed the SC-DE or SC-DE-RPS Series system will be the best solution.
