- There are no below ground clarifiers or those in place are to small
- Extra pre-treatment is recommended
- Permits and costs to install below ground clarifiers are prohibitive
- The above ground advantage of portability is needed

- Transfer water from the point of use to the pre-treatment or reuse systems.
- For re-pressurizing a clarifiers gravity discharge to be able to go up and over head or a long distance to a sewer connection.
